Jane Eyre

 

Today I read Jane Eyre, YL 2.0 from Macmillan Readers series. Jane was poor woman. Her parents were dead and she didn't have her own house. When she was a child, she went to live at Lowood School for poor children. After eight years, she worked for Mr Rochester as a governess.
The word governess is a woman who teaches to children in the house. Jane spent living with him longer and longer, she wanted to stay with him longer and longer. That is love. Can she get married with him? Also, can she get happy life?
This story is based on the time in England. At that time, there is a large margin between rich people and poor people.
