Today I read The Particular of Lemon Cake, written by Aimee Bender.
This book is the most exciting of all books which I have ever read.
There is a girl, Rose who has a particular ability. When she eat food, she can feel about the maker's feeling and situations. Due to the ability, she is troubled with herself. One time, she eat her mother's cake, she can understand that her mother has a lover. As she grows up to be a woman, the number of people who accept her ability. She wants to use that, and get a wonderful job.

There are many food which we don't know because the author likes them. She says " Food is not just food. They tell us a n emotional world and this book is story about an older brother and a younger sister."
